National Nutrition Week to be celebrated at AMU

To mark the National Nutrition Week (Sept1 to 7), the Department of Community Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU will organise various programmes at its rural and urban centres.

According to Prof Saira Mehnaz, Chairperson of the department, the week-long activities are aimed at creating awareness about a healthy diet and it includes health talks at the government school under Urban Health Training Centre, Nagla Qila, villages of field practice areas under Rural Health Training Centre, Jawan, CHC Harduaganj and Medical College, AMU.
