Web talk on the career path in IT industry hwld

Opportunities never cease to be available, even in turbulent times, and one must be prepared to make the best use of them for better career prospects. This notion transpired in the web talk on "Career paths in IT industry: Present and future", organized by the Computer Science Society (CSS), Department of Computer Science, Aligarh Muslim University.

Urging students to prepare themselves in a better way to get lucrative jobs in the IT industry, Mr Abhishek Talwar (CEO and Co-founder, Hexaview Technologies, Noida) explained various roles available in the IT industry and highlighted the opportunities available at Hexaview Technologies.

Mr Ankit Agarwal (Co-founder, Hexaview Technologies) emphasized the significance of the IT industry pointing out that the IT sector received a boost instead, while other industries were adversely affected during the testing time of Covid-19 pandemic. It kept on serving their clients across the world.

He explained the future growth matrices, the new work culture and prospects in the IT industry in India and suggested to students how to prepare for a better job and entrepreneurship in the IT sector.  

Earlier, Prof Aasim Zafar (Chairperson, Department of Computer Science) welcomed the speakers and participants and appreciated the efforts of Mr Saad Hameed (TPO General, AMU) and Dr Mohammad Nadeem (Convener, CSS and TPO, Computer Science Department) in organizing this event. He said organizing web talks on such topics is the need of the hour as such events help students prepare to meet the new benchmarks in IT industry and avail the prospects.

Mr Saad Hameed appreciated the cooperation given by Hexaview Technologies and hoped the association between Hexaview Technologies and AMU will become stronger in future.

Dr Mohammad Nadeem conducted the programme while Dr Faisal Anwer proposed a vote of thanks.
