New members of the Law Society appointed at AMU

Hiba Zaheer, a student of LLM (II Year) has been selected as the Vice-President of the Law Society, a student body at the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, on the basis of interview conducted to select the office bearers of the organization for the session 2020-21.

Ayesha Nasir Alvi (BALLB, V Year) will be the new Secretary while Somya Goyal (BALLB, IV Year) has been selected as the Moot Court Secretary. Four students selected as Joint Secretaries include Shubham Kumar (BALLB, IV Year), Mohd Amne Alam (BALLB, IV Year), Ekta Varshney (BALLB, III Year) and Khadijatul Kubra (BALLB, II Year).

Kaif Sidiqui (BALLB, V Year) is the new Editor, Law Society Review while Rajat Shandilya (BALLB, III Year), Mahelaka Abrar (BALLB, II Year) and Shifa Qureshi (BALLB, II Year) will be there to assist him as Joint Editors,

Mohd Kashif Sultan (BALLB, V Year) has been given the responsibility as Media Committee Incharge while Adeel Sherwani (BALLB, V Year), Puneet Kumar (BALLB, III Year) and Ishant Garg (BALLB, III Year) have been included as Members, Media Committee.

Professor Shakeel Samdani, Dean Faculty of Law and President, Law Society has congratulated the newly selected office bearers.
